Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes you can.
Once you have placed your order you can track it’s progress through our system by logging into your account. To log into your account click on the your account link at the top of any page on this website. You will also find a link on the email that is sent to you once you have placed an order.
Your log in information will comprise of the email address you supplied when placing your first order together with the password you chose.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes you can.
All you need to do is choose the store collection option when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order.
How much are your delivery charges?
The cost of your delivery is calculated on the total weight of your order, you will be able to see the current total by viewing your shopping basket.
How will my order be delivered?
In most cases your order will be delivered via courier, however for smaller items we may use The Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class postal service.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase or the service I receive?

Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK, but please contact us if you have any special requests.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days of receiving your order for items that are in stock. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will advise you via our order tracking system of extensive delays.
What if I forget my password?
We can automatically send you your login password if you know the email address that we have on file for you.

What do you do with my personal information?
We use your information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers (if you have not opted out), update our records and maintain your accounts with us.
